Country Ribs - Sunrise Style
Here’s a recipe for country ribs that’s a universal favorite at Sunrise communities.
Country Ribs - Fresh country-style beef ribs ~5lbs or 12 - 14 ribs
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ cups chopped onions
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard (or regular mustard)
- 1½ cups water
- ¼ teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation notes: - Rinse the beef ribs, place them in a baking dish, pour sauce over them, and marinate periodically.
- Cook at 350º F for 2½ hours.
- Makes 12–14 country-style beef ribs.
